ALFA-LIN - Flexible, manual scoring machine system

Our flexible, manual scoring machine type ALFA LIN meets all current and future demands of the scoring process. This scoring machine's concept has been developed particularly for small and medium size production. The special granite machine base ensures best accuracies. During the scoring operation the pcb is transported in X-axis direction and positioned so that only the upper resp. lower cutter is moving on it. During the scoring process the pcb is fixed by a clamping bar. This mode of operation is perfect for very thin pcbs. All parameters relevant for production are immediately available and can be changed and optimized at any time and very quickly by the operator.
