ROBI-FLEX series - Flexible automation concept

With our flexible automation concept ROBI-FLEX we are able to perform different tasks during loading and unloading within a small space. We use and adapt product carriers, such as angle magazines from Kuttler or Schmidt, which the customer has already used. Other product carriers, e.g. trays or slit pallets, can be adapted. There is no need to pass the magazine from the magazine cart into our automation system ROBI-FLEX. The complete cart with carrier is being docked and indexed. Thanks to its flexible structure the system can work with one, two, or more product carriers depending on the particular application. The specifically designed multi-function gripper allows to handle very thin, delicate pcbs as well as panels up to 6 kg. As options we offer placing of interlayers and also a CCD-camera system for different purposes.

The ROBI-FLEX concept allows a very quick adjustment to process and operation changes. The integration of the system into a different automation process can be realized very quickly and easily as well. All parameters relevant for production are immediately available and can be changed and optimized at any time and very quickly by the operator.
