SCM412 - Flexible, automatic scoring machine system

Our flexible, automatic scoring machine type SCM 412 meets all current and future demands of the scoring process. The automation concept "using a 6-axes robot" is flexible suited for  small series to mass production. This solution is offering a fully automatic, effective and economic production also for very small batches without any action by the operator. Specifically designed circuit board indexing pin system, high-precision cutter drives and cross tables assure highest precision. A special feature is the CCD-camera system which measures the registration holes of the PCB thus assuring a 100% registration precision into the machine.

With the retrofit option "wet scoring unit", all aluminum or solid copper circuit boards can optimally be processed in terms of quality and productivity. All parameters relevant for production are immediately available and can be changed and optimized at any time and very quickly by the operator. Processing of halogen-free and flex material as well.
